Before we begin the preparation, let's introduce the 2 photographers for the event:
Weekeat: a member of our YRC. He normally assists in technical areas like PA system, photography, etc.
Alexander: He is a member of the YRC as well as a member in the RC executive committee. On top of that, he is also the blogmaster (hey, that's me!)
Here's the event banner. And... here we go!
Packing of goodie bags, making sure that everything inside is ok!
Then we arranged the chairs..... making sure that everyone has a place to sit and has a nice view to the stage.
Finally... one last briefing before we are good to go...
